Nirantara Foundation
Nirantara Foundation is a not-for-profit Trust registered under the Indian Trust Act of 1956. The Trust was incorporated in May 2008 at Bidar. The prime objective of the Nirantara Foundation is – “To establish formal and informal teaching and learning centres such as pre-schools, schools, colleges, academies and other educational institutions at all levels and to impart general, vocational, technical, cultural and professional education.” Nirantara Foundation has been in forefront of innovation and creativity in the education space in Bidar town.
Nirantara Infratech Private Limited
Nirantara Infratech Private Limited (NITPL) was founded during the FY’18 with the aim to create infrastructure, support the process of education and skill development, and undertake research & development and consultancy in the field of formal & informal education. NITPL owns the land earmarked for the proposed School campus and education enhancement services. The company is building infrastructure for the Infinity School and will provide academic and information technology services initially to the schools being owned by Nirantara Foundation and subsequently to the other schools. The Company also owns and manages the HoneyBees Pre-Schools franchising operations.
